self portrait – [p.52] Week 3
I was sick for most of the week so didn’t really get a chance go outside to shoot any photos. This shot was sort of a hit or miss. I just aimed my camera at the mirror and shot away hoping to catch one that focused on my eyes. Luckily there was one that turned out pretty well
I decided to do something a little more creative and outlined my daily life in a pie chart. I know…my life is pretty boring most of the time…yay for working life!
coffee marks – [p.52] Week 1
I was about to chuck my empty coffee cup after finishing my mint mojito iced coffee from Philz when I looked inside the cup and saw an interesting swirl of mint leaves and foam. Wish I had more time nowadays to hang out in coffee shops and read/do homework like I did back in college.
Update: I decided to do a photo project this year! Project 52 – at least one picture a week for 52 weeks. This will be my first post (is that cheating? oh well). Some of you know that I attempted a project 365 in 2010 but failed miserably. Hopefully this will turn out better.
Twin Peaks New Years Eve
Went to Twin Peaks in San Francisco this past weekend. Once we climbed to the top of the hill, we were treated with an amazing view of the city. I also shot some more pictures of Justin and Nariko (my photography “guinea pigs” haha, I take so many pictures of them) and experimented a little with tilt shifting.
The above photo was my favorite for the day and possibly one of my favorites of all time.
Awesome view of the city.
Last Sunset 2011
San Francisco sunset at Twin Peaks
2011 was probably the fastest and most uneventful year of my life. A couple highlights included getting an internship in the Spring and getting a full time job in the Fall. Here is to 2012 and hoping it’ll be better…
